About Me

Kathi Salome: My name is Kathi Salome. I am the blog author for Grammy's Family Blog. I am Jack Salome's wife. I am dedicating this blog to my mother in law, Muriel Salome, since she is now the Matriarch of the family. I want to connect this family and share what I have gathered in my quest to find out all about this family genealogy wise. I hope you all enjoy this blog and much as I enjoy creating it. I have a few gaps and I will sometimes need your help to fix them. I hope you will join in and help me to connect the dots. I have been doing genealogy since the late 80's. I want to get as much done on this blog as I can before I head over to other parts of the family because all of my ancestors including my parents have passed and I hope to get as much done as I can while some of the Barry (Baril)/Duplessis/Flory family elders are still around to enjoy it. Jack and I live 5 months of the year in Texas and 5 months of the year in Montana. The other two months we travel around the US and sightsee as much as possible.
